- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★February 06, 2020, by Jessie GroveMy son accidentally poked a hole in the milk carton while we were checking out and he got really upset and embarrasses about it. the guy working close by came over and assured him that everything was fine, he took it away and let us grab another carton and even gave him a sucker before we left. He turned a potential meltdown into an opportunity to present great customer service. :)
