  I wouldn't even give this store a 1 but since I had to.....the stores service has went down hill. I ordered 3 items I coffee, 2 pizza slices, and one grilled cheese. My special needs son was anxiously waiting for his order after the first 2 came and went ...I asked the food clerk where his grilled cheese was another assoc came up named KELLY and stated they have had problems all day where orders would just disappear since she didn't offer a resolution only to put it back In i asked her to remake it. By then they were packed when they were only 2 so I asked her if she could go ahead and make it and I would put it in ....SHE STATED RUDELY SHE HAD ALL THESE OTHER ORDERS AND WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT MAKES NO SENSE SERVICE HAS WENT DOWN. After I calmed my son down I just left. Poor service isnt the only thing Long waits has become an issue there as well they will wait til they are out the door to open another reg . If u are lucky they feel nice. I am to the point I'd rather drive to north main location.
