  Michael goes above and beyond on his work. My dad takes his truck to him often (almost weekly). He always works with the customer and goes the extra mile in order to make you happy. This store is more than just a stereo system store. He has shown capability of working on several different things in my dads truck and has done a great job each time. Will definitely keep going back, and would recommend to anyone. Great job!!

  I am a car guy and I make no bones about only certain people do anything with my cars so for me to try a new Upgrade - Install is a leap of faith however I took my daily driver to Michael and his team at Auto Upgrades to have a hard wire cord connected to my GPS.... Was supposed to be a simple install however due to me bringing a faulty cord..... And of no fault of their own turned a potential horrible experience into one of the most professional installations and even though they were just taking care of the daily driver of a brand-new client.... You would've thought they were dealing with my stingray Corvette....of a well-established customer... I felt very well taken care of and Michael went out of his way to make sure my car looked professional and clean.... And the GPS install is a factory grade. It is with no hesitation whatsoever that I recommend Auto Upgrades of Archdale.... You will be dealing with a very honest and professional company....
